The REI Knoxville crew is second to none!

Each year, REI donates millions of dollars to support conservation efforts nationwide and sends dedicated teams of volunteers—members, customers and REI employees—to build trails, clean up beaches, restore local habitats and more…. Through responsible business practices across the company, they strive to reduce our environmental footprint.

In October 2016, REI donated 100% of tickets sales for their THINGAMAJIG!: Used Gear Swap & Beer Garden Music Festival to support the Bike Elf mission. The day was glorious. The THINGAMAJIG event was even better. We had 278 people show up and all sorts of gear for folks to swap, trade and sell. Bike Elf collected 17 donated bicycles and shared our vision with lots of folks in the process. Bike Elf is proud to call REI a supporter of our efforts and our mission.
